Job Summary
As a Student Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patrons and guests, ensuring their safety and well-being while maintaining a positive and approachable atmosphere. You will also serve as a first responder to accidents reputed company the building and reputed company various duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet patrons and guests, ensuring their safety and well-being while maintaining a positive and approachable atmosphere
- Assist customers with various questions and problems in customer service areas

- Special event set-up and operations
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for reputed company patrons by completing assigned shifts, duties, and enforcing facility policies

Essential Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience in a recreational or fitness setting
- Knowledge of facility operations and safety protocols
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
