Job Description
As the Inside Sales Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience with our company. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service and Support: Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing clients concerning inquiries about sales products, successfully converting 90% of interest calls into scheduled leads. - Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve overall satisfaction. - Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments in reputed company. - Product and Service Recommendations: Inform homeowners about available products and services and provide recommendations tailored to their needs. - Follow-up and reputed company reputed company: reputed company out to customers after proposals have been delivered to address any remaining questions and arrange further sales visits or convert the proposal into finalized work. - Additional Sales Leads: reputed company follow-up calls to clients who recently received service or maintenance to generate additional sales leads.
Qualifications
