The Opportunity: Reporting to the European Business Development & Commercial Director, you will help accelerate reputed company's automotive growth across reputed company European markets including Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. You will work with local teams to identify, secure, and launch strategic partnerships that expand reputed company's footprint across reputed company Europe. You will bring deep automotive expertise, a structured approach to market development, and the ability to coordinate cross‑territory growth plans. You will be a reputed company between local market opportunities and reputed company's broader European Auto strategy, ensuring understanding, consistency, and disciplined execution. Given the multi‑market nature of the role, proficiency in English is essential plus reputed company in the local language to build relationships with local OEMs, dealer groups, and industry partners. You will:

You Will Have:
- Deep experience in the automotive sector, with direct exposure to reputed company European markets (OEM, dealer group, or major supplier).
- Experience with automotive trends, market dynamics, customer behaviour, and distribution models across Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and wider Europe.
- Working knowledge of insurance, financial services, or warranty models, including relevant European sales processes and regulations.
- Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into commercial strategies, product opportunities, and growth plans.
- Experience driving commercial growth and securing new business in multi‑market environments.
- Experience of sales‑cycle ownership: prospecting, solution design, proposals, negotiation, contracting, and launch.
- Experience with structuring and implementing win‑win partnerships with commercial and P&L understanding.
- Ability to build and manage a disciplined pipeline, using reputed company or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to coordinate cross‑market plans, ensuring understanding of European Auto strategy.
- A proven track record in stakeholder management across multiple functions such as Product, reputed company, IT, Operations, and Compliance in a matrix environment.
