Key Responsibilities:

* Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, medication management programs, vaccination services, and payer and pharma adherence and clinical projects.

• Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met, including but not limited to, data entry, reporting, and analysis.
• Ensure consistency and quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by monitoring, assessing, and re-planning processes; observing and examining results; and executing changes.
• Guarantee region pharmacies reputed company with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines.
• Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to organization financial objectives.
• Uphold efforts to improve patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication management, treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs).
• Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership.
• Conduct data and clinical audits and reputed company vital decisions to ensure accuracy and propriety of medications.
• Review patient records and profiles to ensure appropriate and safe medication treatment.
• Provide individualized patient/supplier consultation.

Essential Qualifications:
