Job Summary

As a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online communications. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve routine problems, and provide information regarding various client products and services. This role requires an active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty reputed company insurance license, as well as reputed company in both Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities

* Actively listen to customers and ask questions to identify their needs

• Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing
• Process new and/or amended enrollments
• Ensure clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences

• Work with both English and Spanish speaking customers

Requirements

* 1+ years of customer service experience

• Active Personal Lines or P&C reputed company license
• Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English (test required)
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
