Job Summary

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers, handling high-volume calls, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

* Handle high-volume customer calls, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Enter top-off orders for handling, investigate missing medication data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
• Resolve data entry-reputed company exceptions and discrepancies
• Handle correspondence with patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis
• Settle Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement requirements
• Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary
• Maintain a dynamic pharmacist license or certification reputed company the initial 90 days and reputed company a reputed company pharmacist license or certification

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Essential level computer skills, including:

• At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
• Middle-of-the-road to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records)
• Familiarity with Spanish and English
