Your Impact
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer service calls, resolving reputed company issues, and delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services. Your Day-to-Day
* Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Resolve reputed company customer issues, virtually, using various tools and resources, along with quick access to engage with your manager or support team for assistance
- Simplify the explanation of customer bills, reputed company plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services
