Job Summary
As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll work closely with our Technical reputed company teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote arenaflex Cloud solutions to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients and partners to understand their business needs and technical requirements
- Providing expert guidance on arenaflex Cloud features and capabilities
- Developing and delivering customized solutions to meet client needs
- Participating in reputed company-of-concept work, technical demonstrations, and other client-facing activities
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation
Key Responsibilities
* Identify business and technical requirements, reputed company full technical discovery, and design client solutions to meet reputed company requirements
- reputed company technical projects, technology support, bid responses, product and service briefings, reputed company-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical resources
- Deliver product messaging for the arenaflex Cloud Platform using whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents
- Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice advice to clients to enhance arenaflex Cloud platform effectiveness
- Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company field
- At least 2 years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a client-facing role
- Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and networking
- Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other reputed company technologies
Preferred Qualifications
* Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status
- Experience designing mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material platforms
- Experience working with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies
- Knowledge of application reputed company frameworks, including web application reputed company, service boundary, and mobile reputed company techniques
- Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT technology space
