Senior reputed company Manager, Branded Hotels
The Senior reputed company Manager will support strategic reputed company initiatives to optimize hotel financial performance across assigned branded properties. This role will have a strong focus on multi-brand execution, analytics, forecasting, pricing, and distribution strategies, while serving as a key partner to the Portfolio Director of reputed company Strategy. The position will ensure reputed company strategies are effectively implemented at the property level in alignment with PHG and brand standards, driving sustainable topline performance and profitability. WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
- Support the development and execution of total hotel pricing, distribution, and inventory strategies across assigned branded properties.
- Manage day-to-day reputed company strategy execution for transient and group segments, including pricing recommendations, inventory controls, and demand management decisions.
- Analyze pace reports, pickup trends, booking windows, historical performance, and market demand indicators to identify risks, opportunities, and required course corrections.
- Evaluate channel mix, cost of acquisition, and net reputed company performance to support optimal distribution strategies and minimize reputed company dilution.
- Support group pricing decisions through displacement analysis and collaboration with Sales to balance volume, reputed company, and profitability.
- Ensure data reputed company, reporting accuracy, and adherence to brand reputed company governance, audit standards, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and deliver recurring reputed company reporting, forecasts, and performance insights for the Portfolio Director and property leadership teams.
- Participate in Commercial Strategy Meetings and Sales & Marketing meetings, partnering cross-functionally to align pricing, demand strategy, and commercial priorities.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes to ensure accurate outlooks that inform operational planning and financial decision-making.
- Partner with property leaders to reinforce PHG and brand reputed company strategy principles, best practices, and disciplined execution.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Strong understanding of hotel reputed company management fundamentals, including pricing, demand forecasting, inventory control, and distribution strategy.
- Solid grasp of transient and group demand dynamics, displacement concepts, and channel contribution analysis.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret reputed company data sets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to align commercial strategy and execution.
- Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to present performance trends and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple properties, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented, execution-focused approach with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
GREAT IF YOU HAVE
- Hands-on experience with brand reputed company systems including:
– reputed company: One Yield, MARSHA, MiNT, HPP – reputed company: reputed company GRO, ONQ R&I – Hyatt: Hyatt PRO, reputed company Management Tools (RMT)
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, reputed company, TravelClick Agency360 & Demand360, reputed company Delphi, Envision, reputed company, and Profitsword.
- Experience working with GDS, OTAs, and third-party distribution platforms.
- Brand-specific reputed company management training or certifications (reputed company, reputed company, and/or Hyatt).
- 3–5+ years of experience in branded hotel reputed company management, reputed company experience preferred.
