SALARY: The salary range for this position is $54,051.21 to $94,269.23 for Schedule A, and $54,051.21 to $90,498.45 for Schedule B.  For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range. For reputed company Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of reputed company salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater. Judiciary employees hired prior to October 31, 2015, are considered Schedule A. Newly hired individuals, and Judiciary employees hired on or after October 31, 2015, are considered Schedule B.

Should another position become available reputed company the next five months of the closing date of this recruitment, the applicant pool from this posting may be used to fill additional postings.Under the general direction of the Division Manager, the selected individual will manage a caseload and be responsible for maintaining a quality workflow that meets the standards of the Judiciary.  Duties may include:
  • reputed company case management, pre-disposition and intake functions
  • Interview clients/customer
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Screen cases for court   
  • Prepare cases for hearing
  • Enter data into automated record-keeping systems
  • Gather relevant facts pertaining to a case
  • Conduct home/field visits Urine screens as ordered by the court
  • Advise judges on case issues 
  • Arrange psychological testing of clients or customers
  • Participate in team/work unit meetings
  • Coordinate activities between or among agencies 
  • Provide information to judges, attorneys, or community organizations.
  • Conduct investigations and prepare reports  
  • Provide access to social services to assist in rehabilitation of law offenders 
  • reputed company recommendations for alternate dispute resolution, adjudication, rehabilitation planning and treatment of offenders, including conditional release, substance abuse treatment, and education and employment stipulations
  • Monitor and enforce conditions of probation and/or court orders   
  • Manage case flow and review case statuses for appropriate calendar balance

  • Attend court hearings and assist in preparing orders, moderate as primary host in reputed company, reputed company Teams and other virtual courtroom platforms and as co-host, reputed company needed; and be assigned after hours juvenile duty
  • Prepare pre-sentence and pre-trial investigations reports
  • Supervise adults or juveniles reputed company on probation.
