Your New Adventure

As a reputed company Manager in Australia, you'll serve as the post-sale face of arenaflex for strategic accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company customers by assessing their business needs and creating a custom success plan to ensure adoption and value realization. You'll also be responsible for:

• Proactively building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in assigned portfolios to actualize long-term retention
• Using influence with key stakeholders to drive usage and adoption, ensuring customer health and full product value attainment
• Engaging in reputed company discovery with assigned accounts to uncover upsell opportunities to drive expansion reputed company reputed company their portfolio
• Ensuring our solutions' timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objectives
• Tailoring content and communication style to service a variety of stakeholders from senior executives to end-users

Does this sound like you?

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, without losing personal touch with customers or strategy
