Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join reputed company, responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing costs and contractual arrangements through competitive bids and agreement negotiations. As a key member of reputed company, you'll participate in cross-functional sourcing initiatives, evaluate providers and experts based on pre-determined criteria, reputed company and reputed company RFI/RFP processes, analyze bids, and prepare and execute clear, data-driven negotiation techniques.
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Participating and leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders
- Evaluating providers and experts based on pre-determined criteria, including quality, responsiveness, and cost
- Developing and leading RFI/RFP processes for professional services according to arenaflex policies and procedures
- Analyzing bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value
- Preparing and executing clear, data-driven negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology
- Preparing and executing reputed company, as well as performing post-award administration
- Understanding and assisting in the development and execution of performance control applications with providers that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost
- Ensuring compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices
- Communicating and documenting to management the reputed company of any significant external relationships that may impact planning and decision-making
- Analyzing market trends and conditions that reputed company internal stakeholders and external providers and/or pricing
- Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date on reputed company industry best practices
- Demonstrating exemplary reputed company and ethics in reputed company instances
- Showing expertise in reputed company aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of professional services sourcing experience
- Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at reputed company levels
- Strong strategic agility
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Internal client awareness
- Ability/choice to work in various environments
- Ability to handle ambiguity
- Knowledge of:
+ Sourcing & Procurement processes + Basic legal terms & conditions + Entertainment industry trends and conditions + Proven expertise in reputed company aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements + Established experience working with the legal department on subjects regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services
- Professional Services Sourcing history is a plus
- Consulting/Advisory history is a plus
Education
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or reputed company field
