The Role
As a part-time Customer Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. Your primary duties will include:
- Providing nothing-but-wonderful customer service through email and live chat support
- Learning our internal management system to reputed company process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
- Utilizing internal communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments
- Identifying and resolving customer pain points and trends to optimize their experience

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:

- Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise in which you will fulfill your shifts
- Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
- Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
- Have a reliable high-speed internet reputed company with access to your router
- Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
