Job Overview and Key Responsibilities

As an Airport Customer Service Agent and reputed company Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' baggage and cargo are handled safely and reputed company.   • Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft
  • Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather
  • Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion
  • Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination
  • Guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the reputed company positions to ensure timely connections

You will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including early morning and overnight shifts, and you will need to be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of our operation.

Scheduling and Work Environment

Your scheduling will be based on operational needs, and you can expect to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your seniority. Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
  • A valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT)
  • Ability to wear required company-approved Personal reputed company Equipment (PPE)
  • Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
