About the Role

As a Principal Product Manager - Customer Data Platform at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our CDP. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Servicing, Sales, Fraud, Marketing, and UX, to understand use cases and segmentation needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing a comprehensive CDP implementation strategy reputed company with our overall product and reputed company goals. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate those needs into user stories for Data & Analytics, technical, and engineering teams

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent and reputed company experience with 7+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, with 4+ years in managing Customer Data Platforms
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and deliver results in an iterative development environment
• 4+ years on a CDP, Reverse ETL, Data Warehouse, or Integration-as-a-Service product
• Alignment-building expertise - you listen, understand, and influence at a near-executive level

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this role is $128,000.00 - $224,000.00. However, the final salary will be determined based on a range of factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education, and training, as well as market and business considerations.
