About the Role: If you are excited to join an exceptional talent team hiring the best while solving real world problems, we are the reputed company for you! reputed company is seeking a Sr Manager of Recruiting to reputed company our EMEA Engineering team. This critical role in the organization will be responsible for leading our EMEA Engineering Talent Team. Your role will be a player/coach/reputed company in playing an integral role in partnering closely with the business and talent team to identify, attract, assess and hire exceptional people for highly technical engineering roles at reputed company while managing a team across EMEA. You will work cross functionally with your peers in the Engineering TA organization as well as Engineering hiring leaders across EMEA. We are a remote first company so you must bring your excellent verbal and written communication skills to bear reputed company you are working with your teams and cross functional across the globe. Preferred location is Dublin, Ireland. What You'll Do:

• Demonstrated track record of managing and leading an engineering recruitment team.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or reputed company discipline or the equivalent in the industry in job experience.
• 10+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers
• 5+ years experience managing a technical recruiting team required.
• 10+ years sourcing and recruiting engineering talent in a fast paced environment.
