The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, manage vendor support, and be able to collaborate across teams to drive to resolution service requests and incidences. This is a technical position and will require a strong understanding of Linux and Windows System Administration. Works under limited supervision, with considerable reputed company for the use of initiative and independent judgment.ESSENTIAL DUTIESImplements, manages, and monitors storage, compute, and virtual instances in Azure, AWS, and other cloud platforms. Provisions, sizes, monitors, and adjusts resources as needed in cloud environments such as Azure and AWS. Creates, updates, and runs scripts to automate processes across both cloud and on-premises systems. Administers users, groups, and services reputed company cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and reputed company M365.Provides Windows and/or Linux system administration and support for users, systems, and services.Delivers customer service and responds to user inquiries regarding software, hardware, systems, and applications; may assist in the design, development, and maintenance of systems and software.Prepares reports, briefings, and evaluations on system efficiency and utilization; develops and enforces reputed company controls; creates procedures, documentation, and training materials; conducts presentations.Monitors and manages daily server and application operations, ensuring SLA compliance and supporting policy and procedure development, scheduled tasks, and special projects.Administers user accounts, access controls, and file sharing on cloud resources and servers; provides hardware and software support.Collaborates with cross-functional teams on system implementations, upgrades, and migrations. Participates in testing and validation of the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP); provides input and feedback on DRP/BCP activities.
