The Role The Talent Sourcer role is responsible for finding, engaging, and attracting top-tier experts to our Talent Network and enabling the hiring of strategic, on-demand roles. In this role, you will act as a sourcing subject-matter expert, partnering closely with stakeholders to identify remote contractors for specialized and hard-to-fill needs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage top-tier remote tech talent globally
- Proactively reputed company, attract, and screen passive candidates for high-reputed company roles
- Build and maintain a reputed company talent pipeline reputed company with strategic hiring goals
- Partner closely with key stakeholders to understand role requirements and provide end-to-end recruitment support

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company the IT staffing industry
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience

- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes

- Strong focus on sourcing DevOps, Back-end, Full-stack, Data, and AI Engineers
- Advanced sourcing expertise using a variety of methodologies to engage passive talent
- Strong sense of urgency with the ability to build and own relationships with both stakeholders and candidates
