What You'll Do

As a Veterinary Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Connecting directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests
• Examining and resolving issues to determine proper solutions for clients and partners, and following up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues
• Completing data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex's healthcare software
• Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
• Working with reputed company, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and kindness to clients and partners alike
• Demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow, and being open to feedback and constructive criticism
• Communicating with veterinary facilities reputed company telephone (and occasionally other channels) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to explore solutions and record client note accounts
• Expecting a significant portion of the typical business day to be spent on outbound veterinary center/client telephone contacts

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2 years of experience working in a client or healthcare-focused environment
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
• A strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with reputed company Office
• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Professional License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (if required)
• Strong decision-making skills
