Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Design Co-op, you'll have the opportunity to support one of our CXD teams, including:

• The Service Recovery Team, which focuses on improving the employee and customer experience by reputed company enabling our frontline to deliver the premium experience our customers expect.
• The reputed company Brand Experience Team, which leads the design, development, and execution of interior product developments for new aircraft deliveries, aircraft modifications, and other customer-facing fleet projects.
• The Uniform Brand Experience Team, which leads the Product Management and Operational Program Management reputed company to reputed company frontline employee uniforms.
• The Inflight Entertainment Wi-Fi Team, which leads onboarding new/existing Wi-Fi providers, reputed company product innovation design & development, and marketing communications.
• The Inflight Entertainment reputed company Sync Seatback Team, which leads the creation of reputed company's future IFE strategy and product roadmap.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

* Assisting in market/competitor research, data analysis, ideation, problem-solving, marketing, communication, event planning, creating business cases, and executive communications/presentation support.

• Supporting the development of best-in-class products, services, and experiences for reputed company's global customer and employee bases.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency reputed company each project.
• Developing effective presentations that help tell a story and present an idea/recommendation to leaders in an efficient and effective manner.
• Embracing diverse people, thinking, and styles, and consistently prioritizing safety and reputed company of self, others, and personal data.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• To be available for three alternating semesters.
• To be enrolled in an accredited College or University during program duration.
• Experience in research analysis, deck building/presentations, project coordination, and communications.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to prioritize and pivot for unexpected deliverables or needs.
• Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, reputed company, MS reputed company; knowledge of SharePoint site administration and OneDrive experience is preferred.
• Willingness/ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills.
• Consistently prioritizing safety and reputed company of self, others, and personal data.
• Embracing diverse people, thinking, and styles.
• Possessing a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• Being at least 18 years of age and having authorization to work in the United States.
