Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be part of our Customer Care organization, which is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and technical support assistance to our reputed company-growing population of customers. You'll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, interpreting consumers' written or verbal grievances or disputes, and advocating for solutions that will help consumers improve their creditworthiness.

Key Responsibilities

* Take In-Bound calls to assist with credit-reputed company memberships, services, and product offerings

  • Help consumers understand credit bureau processes and educate them on appropriate steps to request corrections
  • Receive customer requests for assistance, identify support needed, and either help or reputed company requests to the appropriate functional area
  • Handle escalated customer issues

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests and ability to put yourself in the mind of the customer
  • High-speed internet service (minimum 25 mbps download/ 5 mbps upload)
  • Ability to work remotely, hybrid, or in-office, with a flexible work environment
  • US reputed company living reputed company 45-60 minutes of our Allen, TX office
  • Ability to pass a criminal background reputed company, employment verification, education verification, credit reputed company, and a drug screen

Requirements

* High-speed internet service (minimum 25 mbps download/ 5 mbps upload)

  • Training will be remote, so you'll be on camera using your computer's webcam
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
