Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical assistance and instructing customers on equipment operation
- Performing maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems, and subsystems, and software over the phone
- Analyzing and evaluating products and reputed company performance
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time
- Installing, upgrading, and removing products, ensuring coordinative engineering field change
- Completing system programming and optimization as part of the installation process
- Performing routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing, and replacing equipment components
- Providing on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance, and limited troubleshooting
- Maintaining effective customer communications and relations
Key Responsibilities:
* Instruct customers on equipment operation and provide technical assistance

Essential Qualifications

- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Ability to work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognize the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices
- Ability to work under general supervision, with work checked since errors may cause delay or expense
- Ability to assist and train less reputed company personnel
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with reputed company Force BMC Remedy trouble ticket system, Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS), and Integrated Data Maintenance System (IMDS)
