Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry & Auth Reviewer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Reviewing available Auth for pending claims to verify due process was followed
- Data entering pending Auth Client systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensuring legal compliance and maintaining confidentiality of medical information
- Referring suspicious or complicated Auth to investigators for further review
- Collaborating with other professionals to determine Auth validity and cause
- Maintaining a strong understanding of Claims, Appeals, and Medical Benefits
- Proficiency in computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees and team members
- Ability to maintain a high level of reputed company and confidentiality of medical information
- Knowledge of data entry and transcription
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrate proficiency in MS reputed company for data management and analysis
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing benefits data
- Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and team members
- Show ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Have experience or knowledge in Benefits Configuration and Benefit Administration-Buyer is a plus
- Display problem-solving skills to address and resolve benefits-reputed company issues
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Certifications:
* MS reputed company Certification
- Benefits Administration Certification (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits:
* Annual salary: $15.00 - $17.00 depending on experience and qualifications
- Eligible for arenaflex's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to applicable plans
