Job Description

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat support on our clients' websites and social media accounts. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our clients' products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns

• Evaluate customer interactions and reputed company issues to Online Chat Manager reputed company appropriate
• Build relationships with new customers to reputed company understand and reputed company their needs
• Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately

Essential Qualifications
