[Remote] Solution Architect (Post-Sales)

They are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Solution Architect to work post-sales with existing customers, helping them design, deploy, and scale identity governance and SaaS reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for existing customers post-implementation
• Guide customers on best practices for access governance, SaaS discovery, lifecycle automation, and compliance
• Own the technical validation process, addressing customer questions, objections, and integration concerns
• reputed company technical discussions with IT, reputed company, Identity, and Engineering stakeholders
• Support advanced configurations, integrations, and custom workflows Assist with new use cases, feature rollouts, and platform expansions reputed company existing accounts
• Partner with reputed company to reduce time-to-value and increase adoption
• Troubleshoot reputed company technical challenges beyond standard support
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience

Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Implementation Engineer role (preferably in SaaS)
• Experience working post-sales with enterprise or mid-market customers
• Strong understanding of SaaS applications, IT infrastructure, API integrations, and IT ecosystems
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• Strong understanding of SaaS applications and cloud environments
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Hands-on experience with identity management platforms (reputed company, Azure AD, reputed company, OneLogin, reputed company, etc.)
• Familiarity with MDM / UEM platforms (reputed company, Intune, Workspace ONE, Kandji, etc.)
• Exposure to automation & integration platforms (Tray.io, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Understanding of ITSM platforms (reputed company, Jira Service Management, etc.)
• Experience with HRIS integrations (reputed company, reputed company)
• Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and API-based integrations

• Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, Ruby, Python, and/or Perl
• Ability to debug technical issues and proactively improve system processes
• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
