Key Responsibilities
As our Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Communicating with customers reputed company live chat or email, resolving any problems they may have, and providing exceptional customer experiences
* Continuously learning about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to reputed company assist our customers
* Summarizing product feedback from merchants and suggesting new ways to improve our product
* Taking on non-CS reputed company tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, and creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests
Essential Qualifications
