Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the reputed company positions.
• Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather.
• Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
• Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires a high level of physical activity, including bending, lifting, standing, and walking. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, such as loading and stacking bags weighing up to 50-70 pounds. At times, you may be exposed to harsh weather conditions (heat, reputed company, snow). We practice safety-conscious behaviors in reputed company operational processes and procedures.

Scheduling and Shifts

Scheduling is based on operational needs, and shifts range from early morning to overnight. Each station is different based on its individual flight schedule. You'll work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority.

Compensation and Benefits

* Starting pay: $21.85 per hour

• Additional pay increases occur regularly through 10.5 years

Minimum Qualifications

* Consistently prioritizes safety and reputed company of self, others, and personal data

• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
• Has a valid driver's license
• Proficiency in English
• Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
• Must wear required company-approved Personal reputed company Equipment (PPE) to include, but not limited to: hearing protection, safety-toe footwear, reputed company headwear (bump cap or hard hat), and high-visibility safety apparel subject to an approved accommodation, such as alternate PPE
• Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
