As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary customer reputed company for inquiries, handling incoming phone calls and providing expert guidance to navigate the reputed company world of insurance. Key Responsibilities
* Interfaces with customers reputed company telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and/or electronic mail to resolve customer issues and provide expert guidance.
- Researches customer information utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures, and other reference materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer issues.
- Elevates sensitive customer requests reputed company necessary and ensures compliance with State and Federal regulations and mandates.
- Stays reputed company on knowledge of diverse products and proactively recommends items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability.

Requirements
* High School Diploma or Equivalent and three years of experience in a complaint-type customer service office setting (health insurance or reputed company field preferred).
- Availability for training 9-12 weeks in length.
- Basic medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation is a plus.
