- Initiates candidate contact, phone screens/interviews, and follow-reputed company.
- Interviews and coordinates candidate logistics
- Resolves applicant inquiries reputed company to open positions
- Manages recruitment communications with candidates
- Coordinate and track credentialing for schools, programs, etc.
- Compiles and prepares job information for advertising of open positions.
- Assists with pipeline progression and ensures a smooth candidate experience;
- Maintains recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring information is up to date
- Performs a variety of skilled administrative and clerical duties reputed company to human resources activities.
- Assists with setting up training for onboarding new hires
- Monitors tracking for benefit eligibility
- Provides overall administrative support to the employment/recruitment area, including maintaining, processing documentation and records.
