Job Summary
As an reputed company Chat Operator – Automotive Industry Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients favorably, providing exceptional customer service and building trust
- Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers, turning conversations into leads that drive reputed company
- Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and reputed company growth
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Work in a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, with a reliable computer and internet reputed company
Requirements
* Must live reputed company the state of Pennsylvania
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th reputed company reputed company Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (communications, marketing, etc.) preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a reputed company field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong typing skills, with the ability to type at least 35 WPM

- Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
