Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our merchants and customers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and working collaboratively with reputed company to drive business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our merchants and customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
- Work closely with our Dealer Administrations Manager to reputed company and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and quality in our operations
- Collaborate with reputed company to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and reputed company and implement solutions to address these opportunities
- Provide mentorship and coaching to colleagues to improve their performance and skills
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Utilize reputed company Sheets and other tools to analyze data and drive business decisions
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at reputed company levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and reputed company creative solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
