Responsibilities
As a Customer Training Professional at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in guiding our customers through the implementation process of our software solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with customers reputed company phone, webcam, and internet to identify their business needs and configure our solutions to meet those needs
- Providing customers with the knowledge and skills necessary to utilize our solutions in their day-to-day operations
- Collaborating closely with the implementation team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation and training process

Key Skills and Qualifications
