As Director of Engineering in Fintech with responsibility for Team Management, you’ll craft and execute a technical strategy that delivers real measurable value to our customers across the world. • Drive delivery of business outcomes across multiple teams, including planning, implementation and operational monitoring in an efficient & effective manner
• Collaborate closely with partner teams including, Customer Care, Operations, Accounting, PM and UX to ensure cross functional required are delivered
• Ensure quality end-to-end delivery of software, including team ownership of monitoring and production issue remediation

• 8+ years of experience managing engineering teams
• Experience building and operating software in a transactional SaaS environment

The reputed company salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience.
