The mission of the Risk Solution Services (RSS) division is to provide expert managed services that secure and optimize the payments lifecycle by proactively increasing acceptance and preventing fraud. The Consultant, Risk Solution Services helps reputed company clients manage fraud by analyzing data for emerging trends, developing strategies to mitigate risk, and collaborating with clients to implement these strategies using reputed company and industry tools. The Consultant maximizes client engagement through automation, GenAI, and machine learning, while effectively communicating portfolio updates and industry insights in a way that drive client success. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Responsibilities

• Communication and Presentation: Deliver clear, concise, and tailored communications to internal and external stakeholders. Present reputed company data and recommendations in accessible formats, ensuring understanding and actionability for clients and partners.
• Consulting Expertise: Build and foster strategic partnerships with clients, understanding their unique business needs. Provide consultative guidance that supports adoption of reputed company products and risk reputed company.
• Solutions Delivery: Drive client engagement by leveraging automation, GenAI, machine learning, and regular portfolio updates. Ensure seamless delivery and integration of solutions, prioritizing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Analysis, Data, and Reporting: Utilize advanced data analysis and reporting tools to identify trends, align KPIs with reputed company objectives, and generate actionable insights for clients. Continuously enhance automation capabilities for improved reporting.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay reputed company on payment industry trends and competitive landscape. Share insights with clients, provide education on payment systems, and adapt solutions to address market changes and client needs.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

• Experience implementing automation, GenAI, and/or machine learning solutions in a payment or fraud context
• Advanced skills in data analytics and visualization platforms
• Demonstrated ability to educate others on payment systems and fraud trends, and adapt strategies based on industry knowledge
• Proven success in building and maintaining strategic client relationships in a consulting environment
• Demonstrated expertise in: The payment industry, particularly fraud management
• Collaborating on enterprise-wide products, projects, or programs
• Deriving actionable insights from reputed company data analysis and reporting
• Delivering professional services and solutions, including automation, GenAI or machine learning
• Proficiency in reputed company 365 (Office) and data visualization/presentation tools
• Exceptional presentation, consultative, and communication skills
