About the position Your Role The Individual & Family Plans team manages the sales, distribution and performance for one of Blue reputed company’s largest lines of business – providing health insurance for individuals who do not get coverage from an employer sponsored health plan, Medi-Cal or Medicare. The IFP Growth Business Analysis Consultant will report to the IFP Growth & Strategy Leadership Team. In this role you will be responsible for managing the sales performance analytics to help us understand & improve our growth strategies.
