Job Description

Summary Responsible for supporting Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams by providing high level reputed company and cost estimates with the creation of pre-sales surveys. Will apply fiber and coax design knowledge to various GIS mapping tools, customer databases, and system processes to generate high quality deliverables. Works under general supervision and may require training and detailed instructions for assigned tasks. PLEASE NOTE: this position is 4 days in office, at the listed location, and 1 day remote weekly

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Assists in serviceability desktop review for residential and commercial individual location requests using various tools and process to resolve reputed company departmental SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• Generates high level cost estimates using GIS systems and basic telecom planning and design knowledge.
• Provides administrative support for desktop surveys for coax SMB (Small and reputed company Business), fiber (Metro E), requested by Sales teams.
• Provides support for walkout management for purposes of ROE (Right of Entry), customer requests, etc.
• Assists ancillary tools for automated survey process for coax (SMB), fiber (Metro E).
• Effectively communicates with internal customers and functional teams to supply most accurate resolution.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Highly Preferred Skills/Knowledge:

• Basic understanding in Construction and Design knowledge building process improvement and workflow efficiencies
• Data Analytics to tell the story
• Building relationships with Sales, Business Development, and our National Team.
