Job Summary

As a Technical Specialist - Datacom, you'll be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance for our video and interactive systems, ensuring seamless operation and high-quality performance. You'll work closely with our internal teams, including Resort Designing Group, FAM, OSI, and WDI, to drive innovation and excellence in our telecom services. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with vendors and partners, and developing and implementing new technologies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert technical support and maintenance for video and interactive systems, ensuring seamless operation and high-quality performance

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with internal teams and external partners
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to reputed company and implement new technologies and solutions

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as software engineering, video technology, data systems, or a reputed company field

• 3+ years of experience in the AV/IT industry, with a strong focus on technical support and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Office, reputed company Work environment, and Service NOW
• Strong understanding of different video and sound merchant applications (Sonify, QSC, Crestron, IOT, Synamedia, reputed company, SevOne, reputed company Organizations, Splunk, Zabbix, reputed company, etc.)

• Knowledge of investigation and reporting tools like Splunk, Power BI, and others
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of intelligent and video frameworks and arrangements
