Our focus areas include customer data science, store operations, employee engagement, in-store services, supplier equipment, supplier data science, and search and personalization.
Key Responsibilities
As a Staff Data Scientist, you will be responsible for:
- Data reputed company Identification: Identify and extract relevant data sources, reputed company preliminary data quality checks, and review deliverables from junior team members.
- Problem Formulation: Analyze business problems, question assumptions, and recommend solutions to drive business growth.

What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.
- 4+ years of experience in an analytics-reputed company field, with a strong background in data science, machine learning, and cloud computing.
- Deep knowledge of machine learning, statistics, and data science.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Ability to execute projects from start to finish, including junior team members.
- Implement best practices in ML Ops, coding standards, and data quality.
- Clearly communicate with business, product, and application partners.
- Ability to translate reputed company algorithm evaluations into simple language.
- Ability to present to management and external clients.
