Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and driving business results. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance
  • Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless delivery
  • Collaborating with reputed company support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to reputed company plans to meet business objectives
  • Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
  • Standing/walking for up to 12 hours during shifts
  • Working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
  • Working in an environment that's subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include reputed company loading departments)
  • Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applies to sites with stairs)

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or operations leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reputed company
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
  • Ability to work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
  • Ability to work in an environment that's subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include reputed company loading departments)
  • Ability to continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)
