Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Answering calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner, while assessing customer needs and offering solutions and additional products

Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Experience Specialist, you will need:
- A High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize safety and reputed company of self, others, and personal data
