Job Summary

We are seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to work in our inbound call center in overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling high-volume calls, resolving patient inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of medications. Key Responsibilities

* Handle high-volume calls from patients, resolving inquiries and concerns reputed company to prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage

• Provide empathetic and personalized service to patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and ensure timely delivery of medications
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, reputed company resolution, and customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric environment

• 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, reputed company, or another application
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and internal teams
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving reputed company customer needs over the phone

• Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
• Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of call center metrics and performance indicators

Training Schedule

* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training schedule)

• Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST (8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week reputed company this time frame)

Pay Range

* The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour
