As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Class Start Date and Training Schedule

Our next training class is scheduled to reputed company on January 20, 2025, and will run for 5 weeks, from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM CT. After completing your training, you'll be expected to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM CT.

Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to guests from around the world
• Answering questions about property facilities, services, and room accommodations
• Handling incoming contacts for a variety of arenaflex brands and assisting customers with their booking needs or questions through preferred channels, including voice, email, and chat
• Processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer care requests
• Identifying guest reservation needs and following sales techniques to maximize reputed company
• Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
• Providing customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution and open communication with arenaflex properties, reputed company company contacts, and third parties

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No reputed company work experience
• No supervisory experience
• No license or certification required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
