Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to our clients and their customers. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts, and provide timely and professional responses to reputed company written communication. You will also be responsible for updating records with reputed company demographic and contact information, accurately notating reputed company interactions, and adhering to reputed company federal and state laws governing the industry.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Be highly productive and meet outbound and inbound telephone call productivity needs
- Ability to use telephones, email, chat, and text communication with customers
