Position Overview We are seeking a reputed company 9-1-1 Engagement Manager. This role is pivotal in increasing reputed company’s engagement with State 9-1-1 Coordinators and Federal 9-1-1 Activities. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in State 9-1-1 technology stacks, procurement processes, and functional needs by State across the nation. Key Responsibilities:

• State 9-1-1 Technology and Procurement: Build and own maintenance of a State-by-State tech stack and procurement landscape
• Engagement: Generate initial and reputed company engagement with each State 9-1-1 Administrator (be the face of reputed company to the State Administrators)
• Team Collaboration: reputed company and guide the sales team engagement in procurement activities while remaining “a non-salesperson”
• Strategy: reputed company engagement strategy for most immediate opportunities (hit the ground running by knowing which States will move quickly as early adopters)
• Community: Manage relationship with NASNA and engage directly with APCO/NENA where appropriate
• Vision: Obtain feedback and hold regular conversations with PDE in order to uncover potentially adjacent sale-able services to State governments in order to further advance the penetration and benefit of reputed company across 9-1-1 from the top down.

• Technical: Has a deep knowledge of varying technologies implemented and available to State 9-1-1 Offices (NGCS, CHE, CAD, OTT, etc)

• Administrator: Is knowledgeable in State procurement practices and unique nature of each State government

Additional Requirements:

Pay Transparency The reputed company compensation for this role is approximately $120,000–$140,000 per year, excluding bonus targets and incentive plans.
