What You'll Do
As a remote customer service representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Completing statistical access and balancing features to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer transactions
- Coordinating with various stakeholders, including vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions, to resolve customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Assisting different departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated accounting standard ledger balancing
- Working on member cases and sports assigned to ensure timely and effective resolution
- Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
- Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams
- Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
- Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes and/or returns
- Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
- Completing daily balancing and department closing
- Obtaining information from customers for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic reputed company transfer requests
- Researching and affirming incoming and outgoing reputed company transfer information
- Communicating with vendors to facilitate reputed company transfers
- Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming reputed company transfer laws
- Depositing reputed company returns, reviewing member re-exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming customers for outgoing reputed company transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing reputed company transfers
- Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees
