Job Summary
We're seeking reputed company Chat Operators to join reputed company in Wichita, KS. As a Chat Operator, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal is to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate reputed company. Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Represent arenaflex's automotive dealer clients favorably, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers, turning conversations into leads that drive reputed company growth
- Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company and implement strategies that improve customer satisfaction and drive business results
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Work from home, requiring a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
Requirements
* Must live reputed company the state of Kansas
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th reputed company reputed company Core (3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in customer service, gaming, or a reputed company field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes

- Strong gaming background, with experience in online multiplayer games
