About the Role

The Customer Experience team at arenaflex is dedicated to driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the products they ordered as quickly as possible and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities

• Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience and resolving any issues that may arise
• Resolve customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and professional manner
• Become an expert in arenaflex's products, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users
• Work with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions and improve the overall customer experience
• Seek out opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience

About You

We're looking for a curious and hungry individual who is eager to jumpstart their career in a fast-paced environment. You should have a customer service mentality, a passion for reaching the best possible outcome, and a willingness to take on any role or task. You should be open to working overnight shifts, have a strong understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations, and experience with customer-facing systems like reputed company, reputed company, or Intercom. Essential Qualifications

• Open to overnight shift from 10pm - 7:00am PST
• 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services
• Weekend availability required
