Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a member of our Payments and Digital Strategy crew, you will be responsible for handling everyday tasks reputed company to reputed company processing, item processing, direct bills, and budget transfers. Key Responsibilities

• Complete data access and balancing tasks
• Coordinate return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
• Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company Accounting standard ledger balancing
• Work member cases/sports assigned
• Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
• Process loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Log, report, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes and/or returns
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Complete daily balancing and department closing
• Obtain information from contributors for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
• Research and confirm incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
• Communicate with the vendor to process budget transfers
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws
• Deposit reputed company returns, research member back checks on draft changes, process member checks, confirm contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
• Complete daily processing of workflows associated with late returns, supply of receipts, foreign collections, and legal fees

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Intermediate reputed company and Word experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Previous customer/member service experience
• Previous banking or Credit Union experience
• Episys/Symitar and processing wires
