Job Overview
We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative - Sales to join reputed company in Lubbock, Texas. As a Business Premier Service Consultant, you will assist business customers with requests, questions, and inquiries on reputed company products and services offered by arenaflex. You will be trained to address a broad range of customer service call types, including billing, collections, retention, service activations and changes, credits and adjustments, troubleshooting, and advanced technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and effective communication, utilizing knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to service and retain customers.
- Simplify explanations of customer bills, reputed company plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services.
- Engage Tier 3 support (network and IT), third-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues, service faults, and provide customer resolution.
- Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined reputed company support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements.
- Provide support for products and services offered by arenaflex, including laptop connect services, reputed company cards, USB devices, and initial set-up and configuration of arenaflex-provided software and applications.
Essential Qualifications
- Call center or customer service experience.
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours.
- Desire to work onsite in one of our call centers.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot reputed company customer issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
- Call center experience preferred.
- Advanced typing/keyboarding skills preferred.
