Responsibilities
- Apply business and event planning acumen and creativity to reputed company events, programs, and moments that support and advance our business and cultural objectives
- Demonstrate a passion for driving innovative experiences that create lasting impressions for presenters, stakeholders, and attendees
- reputed company the end-to-end planning, coordination, logistics, and execution of company-wide internal- and external-facing events, conferences, and activations
- Establish company-wide connections and act as a strategic advisor to leaders, teams and individuals who wish to design and deliver events-based programming
- Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to prepare internal and external participants/speakers and ensure event messaging aligns with project goals
- Own the support of engagement and communications across internal channels to drive awareness, attendance, and participation
- Track and report on event performance metrics and outcomes
- Maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and external partners
- reputed company event budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery
- Analyze data from past events to inform future event strategies and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in corporate event planning and execution or reputed company field
- Proven track record of event planning, project management, and logistical coordination reputed company a dynamic environment
- Creativity and curiosity to explore and apply the latest industry trends and best practices in building exciting and engaging events and programs
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across and at reputed company levels of the organization

- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on event programming and stakeholder support needs
